Natural | Medium Roast Coffee
The Natural process begins with a selection of fully ripe cherries, pulped to have 70% of mucilage remaining before being dried in the sun for 21 to 28 days until the moisture content is below 12%. After resting for two months, the beans are hulled and sorted for size, density and further sorted by hand for quality. After sorting, the green beans are promptly packed for freshness and flavor.
