The Full Washed process begins with the selection of ripe coffee cherries with a high sugar content and thick fruit. The varieties used include Typica, Lini S, Sigararutang, and Kartika. The coffee cherries are pulped and then fermented. After fermentation, the grain is washed and dried in the sun for 8 to 10 days until the moisture content is less than 12%, then rested for 2 months. After the resting process is complete, the coffee is hulled and sorted for size, density, and quality, then promptly packaged for freshness and flavor.
