Full Washed | Medium Roast Coffee

The Full Washed process begins with a selection of fully ripe cherries. pulped to have 70% of mucilage remaining and then fermented. After fermentation, the grain is washed and dried in the sun for 8 to 10 days until the moisture content is less than 12%, then rested for 2 months. After the resting process is complete, the coffee is hulled and sorted for size, density, and quality, then promptly packaged for freshness and flavor.
