Extended Natural | Dark Roast Coffee

The Extended Natural process begins with a selection of fully ripe cherries, pulped to have 70% of mucilage remaining before being dried in the sun for 3 to 4 weeks until the moisture content is below 12%. The cherries are then rested for 2 months, hulled and sorted for size, density and quality then promptly packaged for freshness and flavor.
